This Privacy Policy explains how Elven collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit elven.team or purchase the Elven AI Agent Framework.
The short version: we collect very little data, we do not sell any of it, and the payment side is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.
What Data We Collect
Email address: If you join our waitlist or newsletter, we collect your email through Kit (formerly ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Purchase information: When you buy Elven, Lemon Squeezy processes your payment. We do not collect, see, or store your payment card information. Lemon Squeezy shares with us your name, email, and transaction details to fulfill your order.
Analytics: We use PostHog for website analytics — pages visited, referral source, browser type, and approximate location. We do not use this to identify individual visitors.
Support: If you email support@elven.team, we retain the conversation to help resolve your request.
How We Use Your Data
We use your information to deliver the Product after purchase, send waitlist updates and newsletters (with your consent), respond to support requests, understand how visitors use the website, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not build advertising profiles, sell or rent your information, send unsolicited marketing, or make automated decisions that affect you.
Third-Party Services
We rely on the following services, each with their own privacy policy:
Lemon Squeezy — Merchant of Record (payment, tax, invoicing)

We select services that maintain reasonable data protection practices, but we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payment data is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are retained as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.
