We want you to be happy with your purchase. If Elven is not the right fit, getting your money back is simple.
The Policy
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. No questions asked.
That is it. No hoops, no forms, no justification required.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@elven.team with your name, the email address you used at checkout, and a brief note that you would like a refund. No explanation needed.
We will confirm your request within 1-2 business days.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method. Once we initiate the refund, it typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
After a Refund
Once your refund is processed, your license to use Elven is revoked. You agree to delete all copies of the Product in your possession.
Outside the Refund Window
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase and you are experiencing a genuine issue, reach out to us anyway. We are reasonable people and will do our best to help.
