These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the Elven AI Agent Framework available at elven.team. By purchasing or using Elven, you agree to these Terms.
Plain language version: you are buying a digital product. These terms explain what you get, what you can do with it, and what you cannot do with it.
Who We Are
Elven is operated by an individual seller and sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipt.

What You Are Buying
Elven is a digital product delivered as a downloadable ZIP file. It contains AI agent definitions, configuration files, protocols, templates, and documentation designed to work with Claude Code.
Your purchase includes the complete Elven framework, lifetime access to future updates, and digital delivery via Lemon Squeezy.
Your purchase does not include access to Claude Code or any third-party AI service, guaranteed compatibility with future versions of Claude Code, or personalized consulting.
Price and Payment
Elven is a one-time purchase of $197 USD. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details.
License
When you purchase Elven, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your own personal or business purposes, modify the Product for your own use, and use outputs generated with the Product commercially.
You may not redistribute the Product, resell or share it with others, create derivative products for sale based on the framework, or remove copyright notices.
One license, one person. If your team needs Elven, each team member needs their own license.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. Full details are available on our Refund Policy page. If you receive a refund, your license is immediately revoked and you must delete all copies of the Product.
Intellectual Property
The Elven framework, including all agent definitions, protocols, templates, documentation, branding, and code, is our intellectual property. Your purchase grants you a license to use it — it does not transfer ownership.
Content you create using Elven belongs to you.
Disclaimer and Liability
The Product is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or compatibility with any specific third-party tools. AI tools are evolving rapidly — while we commit to maintaining and updating Elven, we cannot guarantee every feature will work identically as underlying platforms change.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product ($197 USD).
Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify existing customers where practical.
We may terminate or suspend your license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Product at any time.
